EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project Malaysia Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then register in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training including over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they satisfy regular with their Elderly Supervisor, and have bimonthly if not regular monthly Elder Guidance conferences for the children on their caseload.

Each kid at EAP is assigned a team of specialists who are managed by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year.
